1 skein of Grumpy Gnome from Gnome River Yarns (100% Merino; 436 yds / 100 grams)

size US 4 / 3.5 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge), 16” circular
size US 4 / 3.5 mm double pointed needles (or preferred needles for small circumference knitting)
size US 2 / 3.0 mm (or two sizes smaller than gauge needle), 16” circular
Stitch markers (1 unique for BOR, 3 others to mark decreases) Tapestry needle (for weaving in ends)
