The Sock Survival kit contains everything you need to knit socks (just add your favorite knitting needles and a tapestry needle!). Inside the pouch you'll find a tape measure, a notions tin with 20 lightbulb pins and a foldable pair of scissors, plus a basic sock recipe card. This recipe card gives you the bare bones construction of a cuff down sock, perfect for creating your own plain vanilla pair (or a blank canvas for something more!). Now let's talk about the pouch! The zippered pouch is the perfect size for holding your WIP and it has valuable sock information printed right on the outside. No more scrambling for kitchener stitch instructions or how many stitches to cast on... it's all right on the outside of the bag.
And of course, we couldn't have a sock pouch without sock yarn to put in it! I enlisted the help of Adelaide Fiber Company to fill the pouch with a beautiful skein of art. The yarn's color is inspired by a photo called North American Nebula, by Charlotte's extremely talented photographer, Vincent Brady!
