Join the Color of the Month Club from Gnome River and bring vibrant creativity to your projects! Each month, you can receive an exclusive, hand-dyed skein inspired by seasonal hues, whimsical themes, and the enchanting world of Gnome River.

What will I receive?
You will receive a unique, 100 gram skein of hand-dyed yarn from Gnome River Yarns, dyed at our studio here in Charlotte, MI. Yarn weights will alternate every month between Gnome's Feet (fingering weight) and Clever Gnome (dk weight). There may be a different base thrown in there for good measure... you never know what the gnomes will do! You'll also receive a unique notion designed by Gnome River Crafts.

When will I receive it?
Some of our January color will be available on the 1st and the rest no later than the 15th. All future months will be ready by the 1st of each month.

Our Deadlines: All orders for future months will be turned off by the 15th of the month leading up to it. For example, if you want to be guaranteed February's club yarn, you will need to place your order by January 15th.

Do you need some extra skeins?"This only applies if you have already purchased a regular monthly kit (skein/notion)" We have an option for you! Choose the "extra skein" option for the particular month you want and select your quantity desired. What you will receive is the skein of yarn only. No extra goody or Notion will be included. This will be reflected in the reduced price.

Important Shipping Info: For those of you that are not local to our shop and/or want your color of the month shipped:
#1 - Make certain you are picking the "Ship It To Me" item option. The cost of shipping is included in the monthly fee.
#2 - To ensure that your items are shipped, you must select "shipping" when you check out. Your cart will show a shipping charge of $6.50, unless you reach our free shipping threshold of $125.00.
#3 - To remove the shipping charge applied at check out, use the coupon code COTMGR25.
Note: this code should only be used for carts containing COTM yarn kits that are "Ship It To Me". If you have other items in your cart to ship immediately, you may be invoiced separately for additional shipping charges at our discretion.

Returns are subject to a record of sale, either by the original customer providing a receipt or the original customer’s account history.

Option 1:

90-day return on yarn ONLY for store credit based on current store selling price. – minus shipping charges when applicable, and - minus a 5% credit card processing fee when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition)

Option 2:

30-day return on yarn ONLY for a cash refund based on current store selling price – minus a 20% restock fee and – minus shipping charges when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition) Cash returns may be in the form of cash, check, credit card, or PayPal at the owner’s discretion.

No returns

We do not accept returns on trunk shows, limited edition kits, club yarns, or non-yarn related products, such as needles, notions, bags, patterns, digital downloads, gift cards, books, shawl pins, jewelry, tools, etc., or any items sold on sale or at a discounted price.

Yarn purchased more than 90 days prior to the current date.

Yarn that is no longer in original manufactures condition

Yarn that is currently obsolete

Any Item that was special ordered

No returns are accepted without proof or record of purchase. No returns on behalf of someone else.

Any other returns are at the discretion of the owner.

Class or Special Event Fees

If Yarn Garden cancels or reschedules a class or event for any reason a cash refund or store/class credit will be issued (This will be determined on a per customer basis)

If a customer/student/participant cancels or does not show up to a class or event for any reason within 3 days leading up to the scheduled event time; No store/ class credit will be issued. If the cancellation occurs more than 3 days or more prior to the class or event; store/class credit will be issued.
