BRAND NEW YARN!
Moonshine Fine is a lighter weight version of the popular, worsted weight Moonshine, made with baby alpaca, highland wool, organic silk, and recycled nylon. It is a plied yarn, which is machined dyed in solid colors. The silk and alpaca give this yarn exceptional drape and shine, while the wool and nylon hold it all together for strength and durability. It is a versatile yarn, soft and drapey enough to make a beautiful shawl or cowl, but sturdy enough for a garment or socks.

What's on My Needles Still plugging away on my two sweaters, Recoleta and Harvest. I'm about to travel to Sleeve Island for both sweaters, so wish me luck and patience that I can persevere through. I did finish up the sample design for March's Seed Packet in the middle of the sweater knitting, and I have April's yarn wound and ready to cast on. (Swatch of Heart Scarf Kit E)
Oh, and I knit up a cute little heart swatch to show the pattern for the adorable Heart Scarf kits from the last #MakeItMonday (still available!). It's a fun, quick way to learn or practice your intarsia skills.
Thank you for spending a few minutes with me in the virtual Garden, I always appreciate it. If you enjoy getting these Head Gardener Logs, shoot me a reply at yarngardenMI@gmail.com and tell me what you're working on!
