Make It Monday, Double Feature!!
Feature #1 With love on everyone's mind, hearts seem to be a popular theme in knitting! And why not... love brings joy to those that receive it and give it, and there are so many different kinds of love to celebrate! What better way to express your love for someone (either someone ELSE or YOURSELF) than by knitting this adorable winter scarf? Originally inspired by a gorgeous blanket, this scarf takes 5 skeins of Kureyon; 4 of your main color and 1 of your contrast color. There are 6 different color combinations available, as seen in the photo:

Feature #2
(Steel Bridge, knit using 4 balls of Berroco Medina #4733)
Steel Bridge is a bias knit, uniquely constructed scarf or shawl (project pictured is shawl size). Charlotte knit our shop sample using 4 balls of Berroco Medina (the scarf size requires 2). This lightweight yarn is a blend of cotton, acrylic, and viscose, making it a wonderful option for a warmer weather project OR for someone looking for non-animal fibers. The drape in this fabric is stunning, thanks to that viscose, which is also responsible for the silk-like sheen. The colors are subtly shifting and striping, making even the simplest project look interesting. You can see more of this lovely shawl and yarn in the last Feature Friday video (click HERE if you missed it!).

New Pattern Release!
Season 6 Seed Club members will recognize this design... this is the Prickly Thorns Cowl, designed for the August Seed Packet and available NOW to everyone else.
The cowl uses just ONE hank of AJHC Wools Yak Sock (actually, less than one... our sample weighs about 70 grams, which would be about 310 yards). The cowl is knit flat in garter stitch, shaped with German short rows with a spiky lace border, then sewn together after blocking. The seam is pulled tight, creating an interesting ruche design on the back neck.
Find it on Ravelry here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/prickly-thorns-cowl
