Update
The events taking place in our world right now are unprecedented and disconcerting, to say the least. I am doing my best to keep my little corner of it safe and clean for my community of supporters. I do not take the responsibility of being the Head Gardener lightly, and know that many of us depend on our Garden for community and camaraderie.
I want to assure all my customers that I am taking all precautions recommended by the CDC to help slow down the spread of COVID-19 and keep our population healthy. I am increasing the use of antibacterial wipes and wiping down the hard surfaces (including our worktables in the Barnyard, the register counter/credit card machine, all door handles and frequently touched surfaces), and making sure the bathroom is well stocked with soap, hand sanitizer and lotion.
As of right now, I am continuing normal business hours and all social knitting times/classes/workshops will proceed as scheduled. However, if you would prefer to cancel your enrollment, I am willing to refund, transfer your payment to another class in the future, or put your class fee towards store credit.
We are working diligently to get YG’s website updated to offer a virtual way for you to support our business. I am happy to offer local pick up as a shipping option and will gladly run an order out to your car. Shipping is always a flat rate of $6 and we are currently able to ship the same day or the next. Calling in an order is another option, as is messaging an order through YG’s Facebook page.
Click here to browse the virtual Garden! We are adding products daily.
Be on the lookout for an announcement next week for a Facebook Live shopping event, and if you have any requests, let me know!
The best way to stay current on what’s happening with Yarn Garden is to follow our FB page, https://www.facebook.com/TheYarnGarden/. In times like these, I am so grateful for the comfort and solace that knitting and crocheting offer. Stitch on and stay healthy, my friends!
Happy Stitching,
Lindsay
