I want to be part of the adventure! Where do I start?

Preorder your passport/shop log for $5.00, beginning June 1st. We will be contacting you once the passports are available for pick up!
- At the end of the adventure, make sure you hand in your log so you will be included in the prize drawings.
- Your passport purchase enables you to win one of many prizes at the end of the tour. Winners will be notified by phone/email/text (your preferred form of communication) and prizes will be available for pick up at the shop where the winner's passport was purchased.

Review the map of participating stores and plan an itinerary for your July 28 through August 6^th road trip!
The passport is arranged alphabetically by state and then by shop name. Specific information related to each shop, such as address, phone #, website and shop hours can be found within the passport.

Shop Logs get stamped at each shop you visit. The shop log is a 1-page, double-sided sheet with your passport number and name and contact number. Each shop will record your visit on the Heartland Yarn Adventure by stamping the log under their shop name. You are responsible for asking the shop to stamp it at each location if you do not purchase at that shop. Once you have visited as many shops as you want, drop your log sheet at your last shop. That shop will make sure you are entered into further prize raffles once the shop hop is over. You are not required to make a purchase to receive the stamp.

On July 28^th - August 6th, hit the road for the fun!

Returns are subject to a record of sale, either by the original customer providing a receipt or the original customer’s account history.

Yarn

Option 1:

90-day return on yarn ONLY for store credit based on current store selling price. – minus shipping charges when applicable, and - minus a 5% credit card processing fee when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition)

Option 2:

30-day return on yarn ONLY for a cash refund based on current store selling price – minus a 20% restock fee and – minus shipping charges when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition) Cash returns may be in the form of cash, check, credit card, or PayPal at the owner’s discretion.

No returns

We do not accept returns on trunk shows, limited edition kits, club yarns, or non-yarn related products, such as needles, notions, bags, patterns, digital downloads, gift cards, books, shawl pins, jewelry, tools, etc., or any items sold on sale or at a discounted price.

Yarn purchased more than 90 days prior to the current date.

Yarn that is no longer in original manufactures condition

Yarn that is currently obsolete

Any Item that was special ordered

No returns are accepted without proof or record of purchase. No returns on behalf of someone else.

Any other returns are at the discretion of the owner.

Class or Special Event Fees

If Yarn Garden cancels or reschedules a class or event for any reason a cash refund or store/class credit will be issued (This will be determined on a per customer basis)

If a customer/student/participant cancels or does not show up to a class or event for any reason within 3 days leading up to the scheduled event time; No store/ class credit will be issued. If the cancellation occurs more than 3 days or more prior to the class or event; store/class credit will be issued.
