Announcing our next MAL... Be There or Be Square!

Pick a pattern from our curated bundle (link below) and create a project that features squares. I love this idea for a Make-A-Long because you can pick a knit project featuring mitered squares, a crocheted project that used granny squares or pick a project with BOTH crafts!

You'll be knitting or crocheting along with the support of a community of other makers, both in-person and virtually via Zoom. There are a TON of options in our bundle, but lots of other possibilities as well. Don't see anything that catches your fancy? This will be a hybrid KAL, with weekly meetings on Thursday evenings from 5:00 – 6:30ish. We will be hosting both in-person and Zoom meetings, based on our participant input (we will create a schedule in our exclusive Facebook group once the MAL begins). Our first gathering will be in person on Thursday, June 18th, where we'll get started with our projects in person! Please note that our in-person meetings will also include a Zoom component, for those that are not local. As always, I do not choose an end date, BUT I think a great goal would be to finish your chosen project by the end of August.

The cost for this KAL is FREE, but I do ask that you purchase your supplies for the project from Yarn Garden. By supporting YG with your yarn purchase, you’re helping ensure that we can stay open to continue offering these fabulous events. Once you've made your purchase, you'll be given access to our private Facebook group, where the MAL will take place.

Yarn Options

Very dependent on the pattern choice! We try our best to carry a wide range of weights and yarns to appeal to any maker and their budget, and we're always happy to help you with the planning process. If the yarn needs to be ordered or dyed, we'll do our best to get the yarn in your hands before the start date.

There is no fee to join the MAL itself, but you do need to purchase your supplies from YG to be admitted to the private FB group.

Returns are subject to a record of sale, either by the original customer providing a receipt or the original customer’s account history.

Yarn

Option 1:

90-day return on yarn ONLY for store credit based on current store selling price. – minus shipping charges when applicable, and - minus a 5% credit card processing fee when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition)

Option 2:

30-day return on yarn ONLY for a cash refund based on current store selling price – minus a 20% restock fee and – minus shipping charges when applicable. (Yarn must be in original manufactures condition) Cash returns may be in the form of cash, check, credit card, or PayPal at the owner’s discretion.

No returns

We do not accept returns on trunk shows, limited edition kits, club yarns, or non-yarn related products, such as needles, notions, bags, patterns, digital downloads, gift cards, books, shawl pins, jewelry, tools, etc., or any items sold on sale or at a discounted price.

Yarn purchased more than 90 days prior to the current date.

Yarn that is no longer in original manufactures condition

Yarn that is currently obsolete

Any Item that was special ordered

No returns are accepted without proof or record of purchase. No returns on behalf of someone else.

Any other returns are at the discretion of the owner.

Class or Special Event Fees

If Yarn Garden cancels or reschedules a class or event for any reason a cash refund or store/class credit will be issued (This will be determined on a per customer basis)

If a customer/student/participant cancels or does not show up to a class or event for any reason within 3 days leading up to the scheduled event time; No store/ class credit will be issued. If the cancellation occurs more than 3 days or more prior to the class or event; store/class credit will be issued.
